According to a new poll undertaken for Greetings by Photobox the UK is a secretly a very naughty nation! The revelatory Love Poll to celebrate Valentine’s Day interviewed over 2500 people, over half said they were hoping for a card that is ‘flirtatious’, ‘naughty’ and ‘downright dirty’!
1 in 10 of us actually send over 10 cards and when you discover that 22% of us claim that a Valentines card has led to something hot and steamy it’s no wonder – nothing like hedging your bets! Plus over 30% wickedly confessed to receiving a card from someone other than their partner….
When asked about the perfect Valentine’s date, 30% of respondents said a hot and steamy night in would be their perfect Valentine’s night with a further 7% quoted as wanting to do something ‘risky’!
For all you lot getting plenty of action spare a thought for the poor singletons over 60% of respondents have spent Valentines day alone crying into a microwave dinner for one!
